"I could not possibly be happier or more appreciative!

Getting my moms house ready to be listed and sold was a huge project for our family.

She is 80 years old, and had lived there for over 30 years. Many things needed

repaired, fixed, and figured out. Consider it done was such a blessing to us! When I presented my first (very long) list of items that needed attention, Matt walked me through everything - telling me how they would tackle things. He gave me a quote - with  the warning that some of the items were difficult to assess accurately until they had a chance to figure out the source of the problem. I agreed, and prepared myself for the bad news to come. 

Alisha at Consider It Done scheduled a time and sent out their handyman 'Bob", who has to be the nicest, most sincere, hardest working handyman in the valley. Truly a delightful person to have in our home. He didn't waste time, he didn't make a mess, and he did exactly what we asked him to. He even figured out one of the weirdest wiring issues ever! He put in new light switches, put a shower door up, fixed a stripped cupboard hinge, and came up with a great solution to make a deck railing secure, among other things. 

I really can't say enough about this company. Really a wonderful group! OH! And the invoice?? I was actually billed less than the estimate. Mostly because Bob is a wizard :) "
